Welcome to Phoenix Boot Camp

We are the weight loss and fitness boot camp you've been waiting for!

At Phoenix we understand that losing weight and improving your fitness is hard. On one of our female focused camps you can lose 7-12 pounds of body fat and increase your fitness levels, strength and endurance.

We run both week-long and weekend boot camps that offer you fun and energising activity with your weight loss and fitness targets as the goal.

Everyone one knows that when you go on a diet invariably you put the weight back on, what makes Phoenix unique and why you should choose us over any other boot camp out there is that we empower our guests to keep the weight off and to go away and lose more if that is their goal.

We achieve this through a bespoke behavioural change programme that prepares guests to get in the right frame of mind to push themselves to lose more weight than they ever thought possible and to maintain the weight loss once they leave boot camp and get back to normal life.

The results so far have been astonishing; women have found losing such a substantial amount of weight whilst learning to control their thinking such a powerful combination they have left us with a renewed passion for exercise, nutrition and getting the best out of their life!
